1. HOW TO ENTER: Obtain an entry by signing up for email newsletter. Only one entry per person, per drawing, per location shall be allowed. Entries that do not include all required information or multiple entries from the same person shall be disqualified. All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be returned nor their receipt acknowledged. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, incomplete, damaged, illegible, late or misdirected entries.
2. ELIGIBILITY. These Giveaways are open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years and older as Giveaway Period. Employees (and their immediate household or family members) of the Sponsors and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, prize providers, promotion and delivery contractors and/or public relations companies associated with these Giveaway, are not eligible to participate. A potential winner may be requested to provide proof that all eligibility requirements are met. Void where prohibited. This Giveaway shall be governed and enforced pursuant to Florida law, excluding choice of law provisions.
3. WINNER SELECTION:
On monthly basis, winner(s) will be randomly select, from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
4. WINNER NOTIFICATION:
Sponsors will notify Winner within 3 days after the drawings via telephone and/or email. Winners forfeit the right to the prizes if they fail to contact CollegesFinder.com 3 days of the date of notification. If a selected winner forfeits his or her prize, an alternate winner may be selected among all remaining eligible entries. Furthermore, the Sponsors have absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of entrant and winner.
5. PRIZES:
Prizes vary each month. CollegesFinder.com reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
6. RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS:
Must be at least 18 years old at time of entry.
No prize substitutions will be made except at the sole discretion of the Sponsors, which may substitute a prize of greater or comparable value. If the Winner fails to use or redeem any element of the prize, Winner shall forfeit the prize (or such prize element) and no additional or substitute prize or compensation will be provided.
Only one (1) prize will be awarded per household.
If for any reason, this Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including tampering, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause which corrupts or threatens the administration, security or integrity of the Giveaway, the Sponsors reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend the Giveaway or any portion of the Giveaway. ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE FAIR AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS GIVEAWAY WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE GIVEAWAY.
All Winners, by acceptance of prizes, agree to release and hold harmless Sponsors, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, shareholders, successors, heirs and assigns, from any and all claims, liability, damages, or losses to persons and property of any kind that may result from their participation in the Giveaway or their receipt or use of the Giveaway prizes. Furthermore, each winner must sign an affidavit of eligibility and all other additional release forms as a condition of obtaining the prize.
Winner agrees to permit Sponsors to use his or her name, voice, picture or likeness without compensation for promotional purposes as determined by the Sponsors.
The Sponsors reserve the right to extend, modify or discontinue the Giveaway without prior notice for any reason in its sole discretion.
All information collected by Sponsors will be subject to CollegesFinder.com’s Privacy Policy.
In case of disputes and questions of interpreting the rules, the decision of the Sponsors is final.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless CollegesFinder.com from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the promotion.
